We want you to be completely happy with your purchases so 'Customer Service' is a high priority for us. As a customer you have

Rights when you buy via the internet and we want to make you aware of these Rights. We also feel that there should be no 'hidden

surprises when you buy from us so we've detailed our Terms and Conditions below.

The Distance Selling Directive

The European Commission has issued the "Distance Selling Directive", which applies to business-to-consumer contracts and is

intended to protect online shoppers. We have always fully conformed with this directive, but we would like to briefly state the

key-points of your rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy and Order Cancellation

When you place an order with us, a contract is formed which obligates us to supply the goods you have ordered within the time

stated. If when the goods arrive you feel that there is a problem with the quality or you feel that they are not exactly as described

then please notify us immediately and you'll be able return them for a full refund. You must do this within seven days to the Returns

Address shown at the bottom of this page. You also have a Right to cancel your order within seven days of placing your order.

We offer a full refund for all returns providing the goods are returned with the original packaging intact and unopened and in the

condition they were supplied. We will charge a 'restocking fee' of 7.5% of the purchase price of the goods on all cancelled orders.

We do not refund the return postage costs unless the reason for the return relates to the quality of the goods.

IMPORTANT: If in the unlikely event the item is damaged in transit or becomes faulty under the 12 month warranty period please

Credit Card Security

We take Credit Card security very seriously that's why we have entrusted Paypal to handle your credit card transaction on our

behalf.

Hotsellersdirect2U will appear on your paypal receipt and credit card statement. Paypal is safe and secure so you can be assured of

100% security at all times. All transactions are encrypted and we do not save your credit card details on our servers, in fact, we don't

have access to credit card details at all.

We hate 'spam' and 'junk mail' ourselves so we guarantee not pass your details onto any third parties whatsoever.

We hold your details purely for the purposes of trading with us and we promise to remove your details from our system at your

request at any time.

Dispatch and Delivery

Delivery for UK mainland will be within 7 working days. Please bear in mind that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working

days. Delivery times to other destinations vary but we always aim to get the goods to you as quickly as possible.

Please contact us prior to ordering for deliveries outside of the UK as this will incur a delivery cost. We will not be held responsible for

the goods once they have been passed to the courier or postal service however we will will always work with you to resolve any

issues that may arise.

IMPORTANT: If goods are returned to us because they could not be delivered for whatever reason then we will reserve the right to

charge you for the cost of the return and the additional cost in dispatching the goods a second time. Our couriers require a signature

for all deliveries - that way we can track your parcel in the event of any problems.
